About HomeScape
We are located in the beautiful city Victoria, BC, Canada.
The company was established in 1999 and incorporated in 2006. We built our reputation on honesty, superior quality, and reliability. We pay close attention to detail in designing, constructing, and maintaining your properties.
Our services include design and build: Interlock driveway & patio, lawn & garden, irrigation system, perimeter drain system, fence, arbor, and more.

The most important part of any hardscape project is its foundation!

During the design process we would make sure that the space is functional, convenient, and pleasing to the eye.

During the excavation process we would make sure the grades and slopes were correct. If natural slope is not possible, we could install a drain system to manage surface water runoff.

We would also provide a solid foundation, so that your project would last a long time.

Lawn & Garden

We install synthetic and natural grass.

We use only premium soil mixes that have just the right balance of loom, compost, manure, and sand for each of your lawn and garden projects.

We select only the best plants from local nurseries that are low maintenance, drought tolerance, and deer resistant.

Retaining walls

Retaining walls can help you reclaim valuable space, such as a slope part of the yard that would otherwise unusable.

We work with both natural rock and block retaining walls.

Before the actual build of your retaining wall we would making sure the foundation is solid to prevent the wall from sink or tilt in the future.

Perimeter drain & Irrigation

If the inside of your foundation is full of efflorescence, chances are your perimeter drain system is not function properly.

We have excavator, track dumper, Bobcat loader, and knowledge to help you with the perimeter drain replacement process.

We can help you obtain your permit, meet with a plumbing inspector, and insure your drain system is properly and professionally installed.

We only use professional and CSA certified materials for your drain and irrigation systems.

Fence & Arbour

We use true dimensional Cedar lumber to custom build your fence and arbour projects.

We glued all joints with premium construction adhesive, and fasten with exterior fastener to ensure a solid built that would last a long time.
